So everyone knows a fair amount about the pull of the full moon. If you know a nurse, you will often hear stories of the hospital filling up. Women often go into labor, a lot of people notice heightened emotions and sometimes things just simply out of the norm.

This Full Strawberry moon has certainly brought the chaos to my doorstep for sure. In fact, instead of being bed back at 10pm Sunday night, it is now nearly 4 am Monday morning and I have not been to bed myself. The past few days has been one uncanny and chaotic thing after another, so I have simply vowed not to sleep tonight, this morning, I don’t remember!

So what does all of this have to do with manifesting?

The full moon is a time for releasing. When we look at what we can release in our lives it is not all about just getting rid of something. You look at what you would like to manifest in your life, then ask yourself what you might need to release in order to bring your manifestation to fruition.

I know a lot of us carry things around in our homes, that we do not love anymore, and are resentfully hanging onto because we don’t have what we actually want.

I encourage you to find 5 things in your home you do not love, release them and let them find new homes they can better serve. While you are doing this, visualize what it is you would rather have. I like to post pictures, change my phone screen saver, and just think about how great it is going to feel when I manifest my desires. In my case, something simple is clothing, I just have to let go of what is not serving me anymore to literally make room for what I want. While physical items are a great way to start flexing your manifestation muscles, this ideal applies to more than just the physical.

So this full moon and for many more, I encourage you to *sings* “Let it go, let it go” and see what magic you make.
